November has been another good month for shows for the MAD team,
a nice mix of events too. First off we headed to Paris (well, nearby) for the
DARE2B Winter product launch. This is an annual meeting attended by Dare2b
Boss's, staff and distributers from all over the world, its amazing how much
effort they put into supporting and rewarding their staff, really cool company
to work with.
We were staying at a very nice ( = expensive) hotel attached to a great old chateau. We rode our show at night, under floodlights on the grounds of the chateau, it was a great setting and we had a lot of fun riding the show. Big thanks to the Whole Dare2B crew for a great weekend!
This month we rode at the 2011 Men’s Health Survival of the fittest at Battersea power station, as you can imagine it was a spectacular backdrop to ride against and was a cool event to see. It was a different sort of day for us, not really doing structured shows, doing more freestyle casual shows during the whole day. Big well done to all that took part, including our own Tim Stedman!
As well as these 2 big events we have also ridden at 2 London schools. School are always great fun, the kids are always very excitable and it always rubs off on us, they're amazed by what we do and always eager to know more about us and what this crazy sport we do is. (we also get fee school dinners and get to sit in the staff room- very cool!)
I've added a few new gallery’s to the site. One is from the Oxted and Edenbridge show where we spent 2 days riding shows for Land Rover. The pictures were taken by Jon Sandeman from Harwoods Land Rover, some great ones in there.
The second Gallery Is from the European Cup held in Sonico Italy. Official event photographer Marco Gulberti took some amazing pictures and Fabio Branchi, the event organiser, sent me a few of the best ones over. The gallery also has a few pics taken by friends & Family, a nice mix from the whole event.
Check them out on the Gallerys page!
