Last weekend it was the 3rd round of the British championship held at lee mill quarry in Lancashire, which was part of the "adrenaline live" weekend. The competition was very good, the sections were mostly rocks, but there were also some man made sections that have been built into the quarry. I had a good ride throughout the day, but i struggled with arm pump and  i made too many small mistakes  too stay in contention with the top 3, I ended up in 6th place which is still ok.

This week i will be travelling to Spain for the first Round of the BIU world championship. This is my first Ever world championship as an Elite rider, I'm very scared! but I'm really looking forward to the challenge of it. After Spain i will travel to Belgium for the 3rd UCI world cup of the year. There will then be a week break, then I head of the Japan for the Final round of the BIU world championship
