In a couple of hours i will be leaving for Heathrow airport, and tomorrow, ill be jumping on a plane and heading for Japan!

This is the final round of the Biu world championship, and is always a highlight of the year, its an awesome event held at an amazing venue.

I'm slightly worried about what Elite will be like, every year I have been there, the elite sections have been insane, true kamikaze stuff!

But I'm really looking forward to it, and I'm hoping I have a good ride.

This year We're taking a few days holiday before the comp, we're going to do some sightseeing and general touristy stuff in Tokyo and Nagoya.
