Its been another busy few months for me, all starting with a nice injury! - Im never trying downhill again, it ended up with me having a lovely scrap down my face and a 2 week long headache. 2 weeks ago i went to koxx days in France which is one of the biggest trials events of the year. I went out there to ride in the competition which took place at the weekend but i managed to pick up an illness a few days before which meant i wasn't able to eat, and the night before the comp i was kept awake by unicyclists having a party. As you can guess i didn't do very well!

Last weekend i went to round 2 of  the Hampshire club championship at bransgore, on the way there the motorway was down to just one lane due to the amount of snow that was on it, but once we got to the venue the sun was out and it was perfect riding weather. I had a nice fun ride and finished the day on 0 points, which is quite an achievement!

Tomorrow i leave for Barcelona for the second uci world cup of the year, which is being help in conjunction with the BCN bikeshow. It is going to be a great event and i am really looking forward to it, and i hope i can have a good ride.

At the end of the month i will be travelling to shanghai in China to compete in the first ever world biketrial masters cup. This will be a huge event, especially with the olympics happening soon. The organisers are putting putting a lot of money ands time into this so it should be one of the highlights of the year!
